Ingredients
1/4 cup oil
Chane ki dal boiled 1 cup
Lauki 1 pao
Oil 1/2 cup
Curry patha few
Methi 1/4 tsp
Rai 1/2 tsp
Tomatoes 2 chopped
Chilly powder 1 tsp
Heaped haldi 1/2 tsp
Zeera powder 1 tspDhania powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Onion brown 1/2 cup
Garlic 1 tsp
Green chillies 2-3
Coriander leaves chopped
instructions
Heat oil add curry patha, methi and rai. Then add brown onions with garlic and all masalas and fry. Add chopped tomatoes and fry well. Then add lauki with little water cover and cook till done afterwards add in boiled dal and cook on slow fire for 10-15 minutes. Lastly add whole green chillies and chopped coriander leaves.
